Breakfast & After School Club

Our Breakfast and After School provision will be run by Kidz Zone Club from September 2021, onwards.

"Kidz Zone“ is open to all children in Reception to Year 6 attending Lime Tree Primary Academy. A club will be held in the school hall. At ‘Kidz Zone’ we provide a fun, active, safe environment for children, under the care of qualified staff.

Breakfast club:

The breakfast club runs from 7:30am – 8:45am, Monday – Friday. Children have a choice of indoor activities each day. Breakfast is included in the form of cereals, toast and juice.

The cost is £4 per session.

Afterschool club:

After school club is split into two sessions Monday to Friday.:

3:15pm - 4:30pm @ £3.75 per session
or
3:30pm - 5:30pm @ £7.00 per session

Snacks

Children will receive a biscuit on arrival. A snack will be served to children after the active hour has finished (sandwich, wrap). Please see food menu for full details.

Active Hour

During “Active Hour” an activities leader will deliver a different activity each day followed by our ‘positive play’ to wind down with. Children will have the chance to earn the “Club Star” award at each club, rewarded for following our FUN agreement of having fun, keeping safe, playing fairly and showing respect. The ‘Active Hour’ is open to all children at the school not just children who need to attend for childcare purposes; it’s a great opportunity for children to socialise, have fun and learn new skills with friends!

After Active Hour

After 'Active Hour' children receive a snack and then enjoy a wide range of activities focused around the weekly theme of the club which are led by our staff, including Construction, Arts & Crafts, Quizzes, Board Games, Creative Tasks, Team building, Fun Competition and more.

Cancellations / Booking Changes

Applicable to all Kidz Zone before and after school club booking cancellations or changes.

48 hours or more notice of the booking date is required for a cancellation or booking change – a 100% refund will be issued via the original payment method; please note childcare voucher payments can only be refunded to account credit due to HMRC rules. Less than 48 hours notice – no refund.
